Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and ForgeDBI, LLC, a limited liability company operating under the trade name ForgeHome.
By accessing or using ForgeHome's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By accessing or using ForgeHome, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of Services
ForgeHome is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed to help home builders manage communities, floorplans, listings, content, and integrations.
Multi-Tenant Use
Each customer (“tenant”) is provided isolated access to their own data. You may not attempt to access another tenant’s data or systems.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation
Intellectual Property
ForgeHome is a proprietary software platform owned and operated by ForgeDBI, LLC. ForgeDBI, LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the ForgeHome platform, including all related intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of their data and grant ForgeDBI, LLC a limited license to process such data solely to provide the services.
By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
ForgeHome shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Disclaimer
ForgeHome is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
